So with a new camera I’m spending a lot of time looking for places where I can go take some photos. I was going to make a run up to a viewpoint on the way to Mount Cypress but given that a FIFA game was running traffic was enough of a mess that I decided to head the other direction and wound up in a place called White Rock.
It’s home to a large pier, a nice beach, and a lot of places to get Ice Cream. It’s also got some decent scenery and a decent place to take shots of the sunset.
There were lots of other things going around the area, some birds that stood still long enough to get a decent photo.
The occasional train slipping through.
And a very large white rock.
Overall not a bad place to sit and just enjoy the area, provided that it’s not pissing rain down at the time.
